Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through saascornerstone.com. The seller is Skiz Creations, a business registered in the Republic of Lebanon, which sells its products under the "Cornerstone" brand ("we", "us", "our"). "Cornerstone" is a brand and product name, not a separate legal entity: wherever it identifies the seller — on this site, in our emails, on receipts and invoices, or on your card statement — it means Skiz Creations. Your contract is with Skiz Creations. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Use of the software itself is governed separately by the End User License Agreement, and our handling of personal information by the Privacy Policy.

1. Products

We sell digital software products delivered electronically. Each product is a one-time purchase in US Dollars (USD); there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices and contents are shown on each product page and may change at any time before you purchase.

We sell worldwide, except in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions, where we are unable to accept orders. You must be at least 18 years old, and you confirm you are purchasing for purposes relating to your trade, business, or profession rather than as a consumer.

2. Accounts

An account and a verified email address are required to complete a purchase. You may check out without creating an account first — we will create one for you as part of checkout, once you confirm your email address with the code we send.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Access is provisioned to the email address on the order, so that address must be one you control.

3. Pricing and orders

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are shown inclusive of nothing further unless stated.
• The total payable is confirmed at checkout before you commit. Prices are always recalculated on our servers from the live catalogue, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• All prices are exclusive of value added tax, goods and services tax, and any similar transaction tax. These are business-to-business supplies of electronically supplied services, so in most jurisdictions operating such a tax the reverse charge applies and you account for it yourself at your local rate. Enter your VAT, GST or tax registration number at checkout and it will appear on your invoice. You remain responsible for any tax, withholding, duty or filing obligation arising in your own jurisdiction.
• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order and deliver, or confirm payment, whichever is first.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is withdrawn, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud or licence abuse. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by NetCommerce S.A.L., our third-party payment gateway. Card details are entered directly with NetCommerce and handled under their privacy policy; we never receive or store your full card details.

Where an order is placed for payment on delivery or by another manual method, the order is reserved when placed and access is released once we confirm payment has been received.

5. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping address, carrier, or shipping fee applies, and there are no customs charges or import duties.

5.1 What you receive

• Source-code products — access to a private source-code repository hosted on GitHub. You receive an invitation to the email address on your order, which you accept using a GitHub account (free to create).
• Downloadable products — a secure, time-limited download link by email, with the same file always available from your account.

5.2 When delivery happens

• Card payment: delivery is automatic and normally immediate once payment is authorised — typically within a few minutes.
• Payment on delivery or manual payment: access is released as soon as we confirm payment. We aim to confirm within one business day.
• Delivery is made only to the verified email address on your order. If authorisation is delayed or referred for review, delivery follows authorisation.

5.3 Continued access and re-downloads

• Orders, download links, and access details remain available in your account.
• Emailed download links expire 14 days after issue; you can always generate a fresh one from your account.
• Repository access continues for as long as your licence is valid under the EULA.

5.4 If delivery does not arrive

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first, then open your orders — access details appear there as soon as the order is fulfilled. If it is still missing, email contact@saascornerstone.com with your order number and we will re-deliver at no cost. An order is not complete until you have received it; if we cannot deliver a product you have paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Licence

Each product is licensed, not sold, under its End User License Agreement. The licence grants you the right to use the software as described; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying product. One purchase licenses one entity, with access provisioned to one authorised account. Read the EULA in full before purchasing — you accept it at checkout.

7. Refunds

7.1 14-day "not as described" guarantee

If, within fourteen (14) days of delivery, a product materially fails to match what was described at the point of sale, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us with your order number and a description of the material difference and we will make it right.

7.2 What is not covered

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase.
• Issues caused by your own environment, configuration, or failure to follow the documentation.
• Features or outcomes that were never described as included.
• Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.

7.3 How to request one

Email contact@saascornerstone.com from the address on your account, quoting your order number and describing the problem. We acknowledge within 2 business days and give you a written decision within 10 business days of having the information needed to assess it.

7.4 How an approved refund is paid

• You receive the full amount paid — no administrative deduction, restocking charge, or withheld processing fees.
• It is returned to your original payment method, submitted to our payment provider within 5 business days of approval. How long the funds then take to appear is set by your card issuer.
• Refunds are made in the original currency, and any tax collected is refunded with it. If your original payment method is closed, we agree an alternative with you.

7.5 Duplicate or mistaken purchases

If you buy the same product twice, or a purchase is made in obvious error, we refund the surplus in full on request — the 14-day window and the exclusions above do not apply.

7.6 Effect of a refund

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, a refund — where granted — terminates your licence. We revoke the access provisioned to your account, including repository access and download entitlements, and you must stop using the product and delete all copies.

7.7 Before starting a chargeback

Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Raising a chargeback terminates your licence under the EULA, though nothing in our terms limits the rights you hold with your card issuer.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish our source code or documentation.
• Share licence access, credentials, or repository access with any separate entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Use the products to build or operate anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms or of the EULA. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Intellectual property

All software, source code, documentation, designs, text, and graphics available through this site are owned by Skiz Creations or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Products are licensed, not sold; all rights not expressly granted in the EULA are reserved. "Cornerstone" and the Cornerstone logo are trademarks of Skiz Creations and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Our products incorporate third-party and open-source components that remain the property of their owners and are provided under their own licences, which are included with the product. Nothing in our licence limits any right you have under an applicable open-source licence.

9.1 Reporting infringement

If you believe material available through this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, email contact@saascornerstone.com with the subject "Copyright notice", including: your signature (physical or electronic); identification of the work infringed; identification of the infringing material and where to find it; your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.

We review every complete notice promptly and remove or disable access to material where a claim is substantiated. If you believe material was removed in error you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages. We do not host user-generated content — material on this site is published by us; complaints about content on a third-party platform must go to that platform.

9.2 Reporting misuse of our products

If you become aware of our product being redistributed, resold, or sublicensed without authorisation, please tell us at contact@saascornerstone.com. Reports can be made confidentially. We terminate the licences of customers who repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual property rights.

10. Accessibility

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The store can be operated end to end using only a keyboard, including checkout; focus indicators are visible on every interactive element; form fields have associated labels; errors are shown in text rather than by colour alone; time-sensitive information such as the checkout countdown is announced to screen readers; contrast requirements are met; the site remains usable at 200% zoom; and animation is reduced automatically when your system requests it.

Known limitations, stated honestly: the product demonstration video does not yet have captions or a transcript, and we have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit.

If you encounter a barrier, email contact@saascornerstone.com with the subject "Accessibility". We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. If any part of the purchase process is inaccessible to you, contact us and we will complete the order and deliver manually, at the same price and on the same terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will be error-free or will meet your particular requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The full warranty disclaimer and liability cap are set out in the EULA.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes are resolved by binding arbitration as set out in the EULA. Before starting any formal process, please contact us — the great majority of issues are resolved by email within a few days.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when. The terms in force at the time of your order are the ones that apply to that order, and we record the version you accepted with each order.
