Affiliate Program Terms

    Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms govern participation in the Cornerstone affiliate program, operated by Skiz Creations, a business registered in the Republic of Lebanon, under the "Cornerstone" brand ("we", "us", "our"). "Cornerstone" is a brand name, not a separate legal entity: your agreement under these terms is with Skiz Creations, and commissions are paid by Skiz Creations. They are in addition to our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. By applying you agree to them.

    1. Applying and approval

Applications are reviewed by a person and approved at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not make you an affiliate and does not entitle you to a referral link, a discount code, or any commission. We may decline an application without giving reasons.

You must be at least 18 years old and act in the course of a trade, business or profession. You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

    2. Commission

    • Commission is calculated on the order net — the amount actually paid after any discount — and excludes taxes.
    • 20% of that amount, on every sale, with no volume threshold to reach and no rate that can go down.
    • Your rate is fixed at the moment the order is placed.
    • A one-off $25 bonus is added when your first sale is approved.
    • We may agree a different rate with you in writing, which then overrides the standard rate.
    • Only products we designate as commissionable earn commission. Today that is the Cornerstone SaaS Boilerplate.

    3. How a referral is attributed to you

    • Your referral link sets a first-party cookie lasting 30 days, on a last-click basis: a more recent referral replaces an earlier one.
    • Your personal discount code gives the buyer 10% off and attributes the sale to you.
    • If a buyer arrives with another affiliate's cookie but uses your code, the code takes precedence.
    • Attribution is determined by our records, which are conclusive absent manifest error.
    • A sale placed while your account is suspended, rejected, or not yet approved earns nothing, even if a cookie is present.

    4. Payment

    • Commission is approved when the order settles, and becomes payable 30 days later. That buffer covers the refund window.
    • The minimum payout is $50. Below that, the balance rolls forward.
    • Payouts are manual: you request one from your dashboard, and a person sends it. Nothing in our system transfers money automatically.
    • We pay by Wise, PayPal or Payoneer. You supply accurate payout details, and you bear any transfer or currency fees charged by those providers.
    • You are responsible for all taxes on what you earn. We may require tax information before paying, and may withhold where law requires it.
    • Unclaimed balances on an account inactive for 24 months may be forfeited after we email the address on file.

    5. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals

If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. If it has already been paid to you, we may offset the amount against future commission or ask you to repay it. We may also reverse commission we reasonably determine arose from a breach of these terms.

    6. What you may not do

    • No self-referrals. Buying through your own link or code earns nothing. This includes purchases by you, your household, or entities you control.
    • No brand bidding. Do not bid on "Cornerstone", "saascornerstone", or close variants in paid search, and do not use them in display URLs.
    • No spam, unsolicited email, or unsolicited messaging of any kind.
    • No coupon-scraping sites, toolbar or extension injection, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that sets attribution without a genuine, deliberate click.
    • No claims about Cornerstone that we have not made ourselves — including invented prices, discounts, guarantees, performance figures, or customer counts.
    • No impersonating us, registering confusingly similar domains or social handles, or presenting yourself as an official channel.
    • No promotion on sites containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.

    7. Disclosure

You must disclose, clearly and close to the link, that you earn a commission. Nearly every market requires this — the FTC's Endorsement Guides in the United States, the CAP Code and ASA guidance in the United Kingdom, the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive across the EU, and equivalent rules elsewhere — and where they differ, the stricter one applies. A disclosure hidden behind a "more" link, buried in a footer, or written in a way a reasonable reader would miss satisfies none of them. You are responsible for complying with the rules of every market you promote in, and doing so is a condition of participation.

    8. Our marks

While your account is approved and in good standing, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our name and logo solely to promote Cornerstone, and only in the form we supply. You may not alter them or use them in any way that suggests we endorse you or your other products. This licence ends when your participation ends.

    9. Where we sell

Cornerstone is sold worldwide, so a referral earns you commission wherever the buyer is. The one exception is jurisdictions under comprehensive international sanctions, where we cannot accept an order at all; traffic from those places will not convert and will not generate commission.

Commissions are calculated and paid in US Dollars regardless of where the sale happened. Any currency conversion, transfer fee, or local tax on what you earn is yours to bear, and you are responsible for declaring your commission income where you live.

    10. Data protection

We record referral clicks to attribute sales. Those records store a salted hash of the visitor's IP address and browser, never the address itself. We do not share buyer personal data with you: you will see that a sale happened and what you earned, not who bought.

    11. Suspension and termination

Either of us may end participation at any time, for any reason, on notice. We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or fraudulent activity. On termination your link and code stop working, and commission properly earned before termination remains payable — except where the account was terminated for breach or fraud, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited.

    12. Changes

We may change these terms, including commission rates and the cookie window, by publishing an updated version. Changes take effect 14 days after publication and apply to sales made from then on. Continuing to promote Cornerstone after that date is acceptance. Rates already fixed on existing orders are not affected.

    13. Disclaimers and liability

The program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings, and nothing on our site is a projection of what you will make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the program is limited to the commission properly payable to you in the 6 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits.

    14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in our Terms of Sale, and disputes are resolved in the same way and the same forum set out there.
